No, your hand is not too fat!!! Trying to clean a reusable bottle is often like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole! It's just darn near impossible.

So, my friend Tara T. suggests taking a paper towel or two. Stick the towel in the bottle with a little water and dish soap, replace the cap and shake! The paper towel will wipe the inside of the bottle.... more effective than just shaking soap and water.
