Yummy Southwestern Border Biscuit Bake!!

Our southwestern-style Border Biscuit Bake is so easy to throw together, and these melt-in-your-mouth zesty wedges will surely turn any meal in to a fiesta, as a side dish or even instead of traditional rolls!

Serves: 12
Cooking Time: 40 min

Ingredients
1 (16.3-ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (10.2-ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (16-ounce) jar salsa
3 cups (12 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 scallions, sliced
1 (2-1/2-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Separate biscuit dough into a total of 13 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Place in a large bowl and add salsa; toss to coat well.
Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, bell pepper, scallions, and olives.
Bake 35 to 45 minutes, or until edges are golden and center is set.
Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before cutting into squares.

You May Have Heard of Cola in Pot Roast - Try This Recipe!!

What's the secret to this hearty Cola Pot Roast? The cola, of course! It adds richness to the sauce. This tender, flavorful pot roast will impress your gang time after time!

Serves: 6
Cooking Time: 7 hr

Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (3-1/2- to 4-1/2-pound) boneless beef bottom round roast
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, cut into half-moons
1 (12-ounce) can cola
1 (12-ounce) bottle chili sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce

Instructions
Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder evenly over entire roast then place roast in a 6-quart slow cooker. Place carrots and onion around roast.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well then pour over roast.
Cover and cook on low setting 7 to 8 hours, or until fork-tender. Slice and serve topped with sauce and vegetables.

Easy Au Gratin Potatoes Recipe! Yummy Comfort Food!

Easy Au Gratin Potatoes is an-all around comforting side dish that's a cheese-lover's dream! The duo of cheesy flavor from the Cheddar and Parmesan makes for a rich and creamy potato bake that'll pair with any main course.

Serves: 4
Cooking Time: 1 hr 15 min

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 medium-sized Idaho baking potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Paprika for sprinkling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat an 8- x 8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup Cheddar cheese, the flour, milk, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Arrange half the potato slices in the baking dish. Pour half the cheese mixture over potatoes. Arrange remaining potatoes in baking dish, and pour remaining cheese mixture over potatoes. Dot with butter, cover, and bake 45 minutes.
Remove potatoes from oven, stir gently, cover and return to oven 20 additional minutes. Uncover potatoes and sprinkle evenly with remaining Cheddar cheese and the Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and return to oven to bake 8 to 10 additonal minutes, or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.

Easy-Peasy Chicken & Stuffing Casserole! Comfort Food!

The convenience of a cooked rotisserie chicken, packaged stuffing mix and canned soup makes it easy to bake this stick-to-your-ribs Chicken and Stuffing Casserole.

Serves: 6
Cooking Time: 35 min

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix, divided (see Note)
3 cups coarsely chopped cooked rotisserie chicken
2 (10-3/4-ounce) cans cream of celery soup (see Note)
1 3/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup stuffing mix into pan; top with chicken.
In a large bowl, whisk together soup and broth until blended; pour over chicken. Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over soup mixture and top with melted butter.
Bake, uncovered, for 35 minutes, or until casserole is thoroughly heated and golden.

Notes
Do not make the stuffing; use the dry mix.
Cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup will work just as well with this casserole.
We suggest you serve this with a side of creamy Butternut Squash Mash for a complete meal.

No Worries Tater Tot Casserole! YUM!!

RecipeLionNo Worries Tater Tot Casserole is the simplest and cheesiest casserole you can make on the fly. All you need to do is mix in the ingredients and bake for this easy casserole recipe. 

Cooking Time: 1 hr

Ingredients
1 Package Frozen Tator Tots
1 Package Frozen Chopped Brocolli
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degreees F.
First line baking dish with tator tots.
Then layer them with the brocolli.
Then empty can of soup in bowl with milk and mix until it is a gravy texture (you may want to add more milk but make sure it isn't too runny).
Then top with shredded cheese. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
